21st Century Publishing

We work quicker than traditional publishers.

Within as little as six weeks we will make and deliver copies of your book to your door. If it takes longer it will be because we have mutually agreed a later publication date.

The first step is to submit your manuscript or some chapters, which will be assessed by our editors. Assuming your work hits the right standard (and we do like high-quality work), we will jointly agree the publishing programme for your book. We will ask for a contribution towards the cost of publication. In return, we pay royalties that are far in excess of the industry standard.

We usually print paperback books, but you can also select:

Ebook Option. We will create and upload an ebook for sale in the UK and worldwide

Hardback Option. We can print books with hardcover bindings as well as paperbacks (soft covers).

Marketing Option. We also offer a good value package that will help you promote and sell your book. We recommend you choose this marketing option in addition to the print and ebook packages.

Biography

A book about the life of a notable figure, whether they be a famous figure from history, such as Napoleon Bonaparte or your illustrious great uncle or aunt, or individuals still alive

Autobiography

Your own biography. You may want to bring to wider attention the broad sweep of your life, as a record for your friends and family – or to help others navigate a similar experience

Memoir

A factual account of an aspect of your own life, drawn from memory and/or documents, as opposed to a book dealing with the broad sweep of a life (which is biography)

History

An account of a real event or events from the past, such as a great battle, a fight for liberation, or the way a science or professional field developed. The possibilities are vast

Business

You can chart the rise of your business from its founding, or how you – or someone you know or admire – blazed a new trail, with advice for others following in your footsteps

Nature and Environment

Lyrical and informative manuscripts about the natural world, and how if moves and changes us as humans, have become increasingly popular with readers

Technology

The breakneck speed of change in our lifetime is worth recording for general readers, particularly if you have expertise in a new or existing technology

Science

Spreading knowledge about scientific developments helps the flow of information around the world. Choose any topic you like and explain it with verve for a general reader!

Although culture has not been a mainstay of our publishing we will seriously consider proposals in this field
